What is Box Damaged Stock?

Box damaged stock is – just that. It is new and un-used, but the packaging has a degree of damage varying from a slight tear or dent to being completely trashed. Most packaging only has minor damage. This will have occurred in transit or accidental damage in storage.

We appraise the contents of each box and check that the product is undamaged. All items will be checked by us prior to shipping and will be in perfect working order. All box damaged products come with full manufacturer’s warranty. It is only the packaging which is damaged. We do not offer any damaged products as box damaged stock.

What sort of damage does box damaged stock have:

HP box with damage from where a label has been ripped off.

 Some box damage is very minor, with, for example, just slight cosmetic damage from a label tear.
HP box that has had writing scribbled over.
 Some boxes simply have writing on them. (This is a particularly bad example)
HP box with slight crushing on top.
 A lot comes in with slight crushing of the box. Sometimes with wrinkling due to water splash on the box.
Epson box with big dent.
 This kind of damage is also quite common.
HP box, opened.
 Some boxes are completely undamaged, but have been opened.
D-Link box with tear.
 Occasionally we get boxes that have had traumatic experiences.
Very tired HP box.
 Some boxes look like they have spent too long in transit.
HP box, been round the world. Twice.
 And some boxes come in looking very scruffy.

Whatever the condition of the carton, it is important to remember that the contents inside are new and in perfect condition. We inspect every item to ensure that it is complete and undamaged. All box damaged equipment is covered by full manufacturers warranty. The only damage is to the packaging, but this makes the price significantly lower than normal.

We have a huge turnover of Box Damaged Stock, with more being added every day, but as there are usually only one or two of each model, availability is not guaranteed until your order is placed.
